The Landing at Tustin Legacy was master-planned for the City of Tustin in partnership with Brookfield Residential to enrich the larger Tustin Legacy vision. Anchored by pedestrian paseos and landscaped linkages, the community forges seamless connections into the surrounding community. Its product mix includes elevator-served flats, townhomes, and single-family homes, which creates layered density while accommodating diverse household types. The design emphasizes fine-grained urbanism: block patterns that integrate with existing streets, graded transitions between building scales, and landscaping that extends into neighborhoods. The Landing exemplifies how careful planning of typology, connectivity, and open space can turn a formerly underutilized parcel into a vibrant, walkable community.
