Located adjacent to the Irvine Spectrum Entertainment Center, The Village is a vibrant mixed-use residential community developed on a 31.5-acre site originally planned for office use and later rezoned for housing. Home to nearly 3,000 residents, the community introduces a dynamic, downtown-like energy that complements and activates the surrounding entertainment district. A central main street forms the social and commercial heart of the project, lined with retail uses and community-serving amenities. The Village is organized into four distinct residential neighborhoods, each anchored by its own resort-style amenities, recreation areas, and park spaces. To reinforce a village-like character and architectural variety, multiple design teams within MVE independently developed the identity of each neighborhood, guided by a unifying urban design framework.
