This mixed-use development is located in the Sugarhouse District. The boutique apartment complex, comprised of 59 residential apartments, offers 35 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. The 2,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space houses developer Lowe Property Group’s headquarters. MVE designed the interiors of this space in addition to the entire apartment community. Amenities include a business lounge and conference room for remote workers, a fitness center, a no-cost bike share program, a coffee bar, and a pool table for residents to enjoy. A two-story green wall is a focal point in the lobby space and was inspired by the mountain vegetation surrounding Salt Lake City’s desert environment.
