Its architecture is sophisticated yet gritty—and draws from local context with care, using brick and dark metal to reflect historic textures while maintaining a modern edge. The preserved Orange County Title Company facade, once the region’s first, is now restored and celebrated as the lobby centerpiece. A landscaped plaza anchors the corner, while local-inspired murals and vibrant interiors pay homage to Santa Ana’s rich cultural identity. More than housing, The Rafferty is a thoughtful contribution to the city’s architectural and cultural narrative blending history, community, and contemporary design into one cohesive experience.
