Madinat Badr is conceived as a green urban oasis in the Muhaisnah corridor—an integrated community where nature, connectivity, and architectural diversity converge. Anchored by a five-acre central park, the master plan weaves a network of greenbelts, shaded paseos, and pedestrian corridors that draw every neighborhood toward this communal heart. The residential fabric is thoughtfully varied, combining higher-density apartment clusters with lower-density townhomes to balance scale, intimacy, and diversity of housing choice. Buildings step and recess to frame open vistas, while the circulation framework ensures walkability and visual connection to landscape.
