The facility will feature a three story clubhouse housing a reception area, surf academy, fitness facility, yoga center, administration offices, retail store, restaurant, and coffee bar/ snack shack. Additionally, a two-story athlete accommodation building will provide 20 units, each equipped with a bed, bathroom, closet, and patio overlooking the surf lagoon.
