MVE provided re-programming and land use/open space redistribution for Phase II of the urban mixed-use neighborhood in Los Angeles. Additionally, MVE prepared conceptual site analysis and plans for the proposed neighborhoods to validate planning assumptions, and collaborated with various architect and landscape architect teams to ensure a cohesive community design. Architecture design services were also provided for 1,500 residential units comprising luxury and market rate apartments and affordable senior housing.
