The master plan featured luxury condominiums, custom residential lots, and oceanfront amenities along the coast. The design leveraged the site’s natural topography to maximize ocean views for all residences and hotel guest rooms. Architecturally influenced by historic Craftsman style, the project also integrated artwork by local Laguna artists, reinforcing a strong connection to place.
