MVE has been a key member of the design team supporting the Larry H. Miller Company in the planning, visioning, and design of Downtown Daybreak, a mixed-use entertainment district anchored by the Salt Lake Bees baseball stadium. As part of the master planning process, MVE contributed to site planning, yield testing, vision development, and the preparation of illustrative renderings to help shape the overall district framework. Beyond the master plan, MVE serves as the architect for the first multifamily residential building, The Pennant, as well as two adjacent restaurant buildings, translating the broader vision into early built projects that establish the character, scale, and momentum of Downtown Daybreak.
