Located at the corner of Las Palmas and Sunset Boulevard in the heart of Hollywood, the project includes 950 rental units, 105 of which will be set aside for very low-income households. A new pedestrian paseo with 61,000 square feet of commercial space will connect the new development to the existing Crossroads of the World complex across Las Palmas to the east. By distributing density and height to portions of the site located away from the historic Crossroads of the World complex, the project helps preserve and rehabilitate it and other historic resources, including the former Hollywood Reporter Building and the Bullinger Building. The new development provides a variety of recreational amenities, open space, and green space. Its landscaped public walkways promote access through the project site, which consists of two mixed-use high-rise towers and three mixed-use mid-rise buildings.
