The Wilshire and Cloverdale Project is a mixed-use development comprised of residential and commercial uses located at Wilshire Boulevard, Cloverdale Avenue, and Detroit Street within the Wilshire Community Plan Area of Los Angeles. The project will utilize the City’s Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Guidelines to construct a residential tower of up to 419 units, including 47 low-income affordable units, a 2,645 SF restaurant, and 47,533 SF of open space. Some existing commercial buildings and their associated historic facades and monuments along Wilshire Boulevard will be retained. They will include 42,092 SF of commercial uses, including Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (HCM) No. 451. The project will provide up to 443 vehicle parking spaces within four levels of below-grade parking, five levels of above-grade parking, and approximately 202 bicycle parking spaces.
