The project scope for 469 N. Canon included a contemporary façade enhancement to an existing 1923 commercial structure originally designed by Los Angeles–based master architects Gable and Wyant. MVE was tasked with creating a modern commercial expression while preserving the historic building for potential future rehabilitation. The design is prominently located at the intersection of Little Santa Monica and Canon Drive, within Beverly Hills’ prestigious Golden Triangle.
