MVE provided master planning and architecture services for Park Lane, a dynamic, walkable, transit-friendly, and sustainable mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Located on a vacant lot of a former retail strip mall, the plan includes five-story wrap buildings and on-grade urban-garden apartments featuring warm modern and rustic contemporary architecture. Centered around a 1.6-acre Village Green, the large mixed-use district includes a restaurant, grocery, retail, fitness, and office uses, as well as a renovated multiplex theater and a new animal hospital.
