MVE designed a 42-story tower, a go-to destination at Figueroa Corridor on prominent Bunker Hill. The innovative tower responds to the city’s growing urban landscape and redefines urban living in Southern California. Its distinctive design creates a unique skyline presence while offering an array of sky-high residential amenities and gardens. A vertical icon will contribute to the overall growth and revitalization of the northside of downtown Los Angeles. The project will house 570 residences and enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including multiple guest lounges with state-of-the-art technology, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a conference center. The tower’s top level includes penthouses with unique gardens, private seating areas, and BBQ amenities. The project enjoys 360-degree views of the US Bank tower and long-distance views of LA Live, the Hollywood sign, other significant downtown landmarks, and the LA basin.
