The project is part of Gateway Crossing’s more extensive first phase, located half a mile north of a Caltrain station. The Phase 1 project includes two buildings, Orlo and Alba, with 725 apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The residents will enjoy over 22,500 square feet of amenity space, including a pool, spa, exercise facilities, and community room. Both buildings will include 16,600 square feet of space for shops and restaurants on both ground floors and a 2-acre park.
