The design focused on creating a seamless guest experience for both buying and servicing vehicles. Natural light was used throughout the building, and sustainable materials were chosen to meet current brand standards. The layout was revamped to highlight the cars and create an inviting atmosphere. The showroom was designed to leave a lasting impression on visitors, showcasing the luxury and sophistication of the Lexus brand. This approach aimed to enhance the overall customer experience and foster customer loyalty.
