This is a 580-unit mixed-use project consisting of residential and retail spaces. It includes four buildings (Buildings 2 through 5) of Type IIIA construction on top of a Type IA concrete structure. Buildings 3 and 4 are located above a subterranean parking level. This is Phase 1 of a phased permitting process. Refer to GEN-1.1 and GEN-1.2 for the phasing plans. Building 1: Future permit. Building 2: Five levels of residential Type III construction containing 33 units over one level of retail, with a roof deck at Level 6. Building 3: Five levels of residential Type III construction with roof deck access, containing 271 units over two levels of parking and retail Type I construction. Building 4: Five levels of residential Type III construction with amenity access, containing 203 units over two levels of parking, amenities, and retail Type I construction. Building 5: Five levels of residential construction containing 73 units over one level of on-grade parking.
