Role:

  • Establish project objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate team members and consultants from project inception through completion
  • Assist Project Manager in managing project team, mentoring staff, and making authoritative decisions and recommendations of significant impact related to project
  • Establish, facilitate, and/or participate in both client and internal meetings
  • Interface with clients throughout each project and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in and manage cutting edge technology in the form of the BIM platform and other computer software
  • Collaborate with other MVE project architects to execute projects through construction documents

You – Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Licensed Architect (California Preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional office setting including broad experience in various project types and phases preferred
  • Advanced skills in operating Revit and construction software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of practical application of architecture and technology principles relevant to the design and construction of the built environment
  • Advanced knowledge of laws, codes, and government regulations
  • Strong ability to manage teams, consultants, and processes
  • Candidates with existing Work Authorization only
