With over 10 years of experience, Raymond has acted as Project Manager for Single-Family, Multi-Family, Faculty Housing, Community Centers, and Mixed-Use projects. He has a broad and varied background, working for both a full service architectural firm as well as a large corporate home builder. This range of experience helped Raymond build a strong CAD/BIM skill set and a depth of understanding for clients’ needs. Raymond provides excellent project management skills and has the proven ability to lead a team of designers and consultants within budget and time constraints. Because Raymond has a thorough understanding of all phases of architecture from design to construction, as well as strong communication skills, he is able to forge effective client-architect relationships built on candor, clarity, and trust. Raymond is a registered architect in California.
