Janet Dennerline

Janet Dennerline joined MVE + Partners with more than 17 years of legal experience, including 12 years focused on the construction industry. As General Counsel, Janet leads the firm's legal and risk management operations and strategy, overseeing contract negotiations, claims, and litigation, and guiding MVE through the complexities of the real estate and construction industries.

Before joining MVE, Janet was General Counsel for KTGY Group, Inc., a nationally recognized architectural and design firm, where she partnered with the firm's leadership to manage risk and position the company for sustained success through a challenging market.

A licensed California attorney, Janet has held board and executive roles with local bar associations and nonprofit organizations, and continues to volunteer her time with organizations that support underserved communities.
