The San Diego Business Journal has featured The Becker, the 190-unit affordable housing community now underway in Mission Valley, and the first housing to break ground at Riverwalk, the master plan our San Diego studio designed.
Developed with Wakeland Housing and Development, The Becker sets the tone for what Riverwalk will become as it grows into a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood. The project is targeting LEED Gold and is expected to be completed in 2027.
