We’re marking a milestone with the completion of Orlo and Alba at Gateway Crossings in Santa Clara, designed in collaboration with HOLLAND PARTNER GROUP OPERATIONS, LLC. The first phase delivers 725 new homes, vibrant ground-floor retail, and a 2-acre public park — all just steps from Caltrain and Santa Clara University. Leasing is already underway, with one building nearly full. More than a residential community, Gateway Crossings is envisioned as a dynamic, transit-oriented hub. In partnership with Hunter Storm as master plan developer, the 23.8-acre community will ultimately feature 1,565 residences and a 225-room hotel.
