Culver City approves 846-unit mixed-use development by MVE
The Culver City Planning Commission has approved 6201 Bristol Parkway — a new mixed-use community by RCB Equities and Real Estate Development Associates (REDA) designed by MVE, and featured in Urbanize LA. Located just south of Westfield Culver City in Fox Hills, this transformative development will reimagine a former shopping center into an 846-unit residential community featuring over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Thoughtfully designed landscaped pathways and gardens will create a vibrant, connected environment for future residents.
