Award-winning architecture firm MVE + Partners has opened a new office in downtown San Diego, reinforcing its deep-rooted connection to the region. With a 40-year legacy of design across San Diego County, MVE has completed over 30 architectural projects and several master plans, including notable developments such as Mercado del Barrio in Barrio Logan, The Village at Torrey Pines student housing for UC San Diego, and the Pacific Highlands Ranch Recreation Center in Del Mar.
Current projects include the transformative $4 billion Riverwalk development in Mission Valley, a 190-unit affordable housing community within Riverwalk and a 21-story market-rate apartment tower planned for Hillcrest.
The new office, located on the 11th floor of 655 Broadway, occupies 1,600 square feet with potential for future expansion. Chase Rongé, principal at MVE and director of the new location, brings a strong vision for continued growth and local engagement, aiming to build on the firm’s legacy of shaping communities through innovative, human-centered design.
