Since joining MVE + Partners in 2010, Tim has quickly become an integral part of MVE’s planning studio. Tim’s focus is on conceptual site design and creating a strong site framework, which sets the direction a project will go in. Using his expertise in various programs and software, he specializes in creating three-dimensional site models, particularly those with a large scale and complex topography. His specialties include urban design, creating design guidelines, and guiding projects through initial entitlements. As a member of the Orange County Young Planners Group, he brings a fresh perspective to MVE’s planning projects. He was named a Senior Associate Partner of the firm in 2022.
