Pieter is a talented designer who has played a significant role in creating many of the firm’s most prominent mixed-use, residential, and international offerings. As the Design Director of the Irvine Office, he explores unique and innovative solutions to create a timeless approach with sensitivities to context, materiality, and customization. Several ongoing and completed projects include The Residences at Pacific City, The Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills, Post House in Salt Lake City, Dixon Place in Salt Lake City, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Newport Beach. He is a volunteer mentor for high school and university architecture students and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. He was named a Principal in 2022.
